Basic - Establishment's approved variance requires that the shared bathroom be maintained. The shared bathroom was not maintained. - bathroom in the establishment next door had a leak in the wall. Owner of business (a thrift store) was not aware of the leak for some time. The restroom is closed for repairs to have the portion of the walls with a mold-like substance removed. The Division has given permission for the establishment to get a Portable Restroom Trailer on site. The trailer must have running hot and cold water at all times.
