High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. First check chlorine ppm was to low machine was primed and tested again chlorine was at proper ppm 150ppm Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Cups stacked by tea urns in server area were not properly dried before stacking.

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed operator copy of clean up procedure. Manager printed during inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed case of turkey and case of pork roast stored on floor of walk in cooler. Manager put on shelf during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed build up of mold like substance in interior of ice machine.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand wash sign at sink in dish area.
