Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop in mop sink not hung to dry.

High Priority - Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Observed bacon on cook line not covered for protection.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand sink by dishwasher by cook line and by fry station.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surfaces not designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and maintenance. Observed smoothie machine ice bin exterior not easy to clean build up of mold like substance around outside of bin. Not easy to clean or removable.

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical spray bottle on three compartment sink drain board. Manager removed spray bottle and placed it in proper area. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand wash sink in dish area blocked by hamper. Manager removed hamper from in front of sink. Corrected On-Site
