2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Establishment does not have established procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. Advised PIC procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomit/fecal events must be established and necessary tools and chemicals must be available.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(p) - warewashing equipment, determining chemical sanitizer concentration (pf)
sanitizer buckets for front of house above limits of sanitizer concentration. Chlorine sanitizer over 200 ppm. Consulted with PIC, Buckets were changes and guidance provided to staff.
