Observed indoor and outdoor dining tables not clean to sight and touch. Advised PIC to increase cleaning frequency for dining areas. Distributed guidance on proper cleaning procedure for dining tables.

Observed multiple wiping cloths stored in a QAC sanitizer solution with a concentration of 100 ppm or lower. All wiping cloths must be stored in a sanitizer solution at the proper concentration indicated on the label by the manufacturer. PIC discarded solution and replaced with new solution at 200ppm.

Observed drink fountain and self-serve beverage cooler not draining properly. Drain near service sink appears to be draining slowly. Facility plumbing system must be maintained in good repair. Advised PIC to put in work order to address said issues.
Observed single service food containers in prep areas not stored inverted. Advised PIC that food containers must be protected from overhead contamination.
