A container of broccoli and a container of cabbage were stored on the prep table without a cover. The containers of vegetables must be covered when they are not being used. Covers were placed on the containers.

Chicken, in the cooling state, was being transferred from sheet pans to a deep plastic container. The chicken was placed in a thin layer on the sheet pans and placed in the walk in cooler to rapidly cool to 41F or below. Use all approved cooling methods to cool food items to 41F or below before placing in deep pans. Corrected on site.

A container of homestyle pesticide was observed in the kitchen. Owner states that the pesticide is used on the outside. Instructed the person in charge to use a pest control company to apply pesticides.
