Multiple live roaches were observed in the kitchen. Contact a pest control operator to assist in the reduction of the inspects. Forward the pest control reports to the Barrow County Environmental Health office.

The floors, walls and ceiling in the kitchen and storage areas are in various states of disrepair. The floors, walls and ceiling must be repaired or replaced with approved materials. Patching the poured floor in the kitchen has not worked well. The entire floor must be replaced.
