Observed no sanitizer for food contact surfaces in facility. Facility has bleach for laundry and bathrooms surfaces. CA: All food service establishments shall have an approved food contact surface sanitizer for appropriate sanitizing of food contact surfaces and equipment. COS: PIC pruchased food contact sanitizer bleach from store next door.

Observed ice cream scoops stored in still water at 90 degrees F. CA: Utensils may be stored between uses in running water or water that is maintained at 135F or higher. COS: PIC removed utensils from water. Discussed utensils cannot be stored in water not up to appropriate temp.
