Observed multiple personal drinks in kitchen prep area with no lid and straw and single service cup. CA: All personal drinks must be stored with lid and straw in single surface cup stored away from all other foods. COS: Moved to proper location.

Observed personal food items stored in kitchen above food products. CA: Personal food items mut be stored in an area away from food and labeled.
