Regulation: 511-3-5-.23(5)(g) - (g) failure to provide and maintain a barrier to inhibit unauthorized access to the outdoor facility when required.
Observed fence damaged with post missing causing a gap an adult or child can fit through. CA: Facility must provide and maintain a barrier to inhibit unauthorized access to the outdoor facility when required.

Observed the chlorine level below the minimum of 2. CA: Free Chlorine level in pools must be between 2 and 10.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.17(2) - (2) chemical values: ph
Observed the pH was lower than the minimum allowed. CA: pH levels must be between 7.2 and 7.8.
11 - appropriate lifesaving equipment present
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(10)(a) - (a) a light, strong pole not less than twelve feet long including body hook.
Observed body hook not securely attached to pole. CA: Body hook shall be securely attached to 12' pole.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.17(1) - (1) disinfectant levels (a) free chlorine, ppm in pools not using cyanuric acid or a stabilized chlorine compound use (b),1.-5.
Observed combined chlorine higher than maximum allowed. CA: Combined chlorine may not exceed 0.4ppm.
24 - piping identified and marked
Regulation: 511-3-5-.08(6) - (6) all piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction. all piping in the equipment room shall be permanently identified by its use and the pool and or aquatic feature it serves.
Observed no directional marking on pipes. CA: All piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction.
