Observed emergency phone produced no sound when button pressed; call with 911 determined that emergency phone sent an alert to security company who then called 911. CA: Instructed CPO that emergency phone must be operational and call 911 directly for pool to open.

Observed incomplete body hook in the pool area; pole was stored on fence next to pool and hook was stored on fence next to emergency phone on opposite side of pool. CA: Instructed CPO that the complete body hook pole must be stored near the pool in the event of an emergency.
