Observed handrail at stairs into pool not secure. Observed ladder not having rubber feet to prevent hands being smashed. CA: CPO should secure all ladders and add rubber feet to bottom of ladder prior to the routine inspection.

CPO certificate not available on site. CA: PIC will have printed form available.
