Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Observed spray bottle of sanitizer with no label to identify the contents. There was an unlabeled spray bottle of water that was identical in appearance. Observed red bucket labelled as sanitizer that had water in it. CA: Working containers of toxic substances shall be labelled with the common name. COS: Bottles were labelled.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
VIOLATION FROM BASE INSPECTION. Observed reach-in cooler not maintaining air temp of 41F or below; internal thermometer was reading 45F and water in the unit was temping at 49F. No TCS foods were being held in the unit. CA: Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. COS: PIC adjusted thermostat; monitor temps and verify cooler is holding below 41F prior to holding TCS foods.

VIOLATION FROM BASE INSPECTION Observed floors/walls/ceiling in exterior dry storage shed with no finish to make it smooth and cleanable; all surfaces are raw wood. Shed was not in use at the time of the permitting inspection so was not inspected. COS: Materials for indoor floor, wall and ceiling surfaces shall be smooth durable and easily cleanable for areas where food service establishment operations are conducted. COS: Interior finishes must be painted or sealed to be smooth and cleanable.
