Regulation: 511-3-5-.07(4)(b) - (b) a flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (gpm) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. the flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from
Observed the digital flow meter was not working. (b) A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. The flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from one-half to at least one and one-half times the design flow rate. The gauge shall be located after the filtering equipment and in such location on the return line, so as to measure the total amount of water returning to the pool according to the manufacturer’s installation specifications. EHS informed PIC of the need to fix the flow meter.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.16(2)(a) - (a) every pool and spa shall be required to have at least one unit of disinfectant agent equipment that introduces the agent through the circulation system in compliance with this rule
EHS was informed by management on-site and the owner via phone that they do not use the chemical feeder and that they have been adding the chlorine manually.(a) Every pool and spa shall be required to have at least one unit of disinfectant agent equipment that introduces the agent through the circulation system in compliance with this rule. EHS informed both individuals that this was not allowed as the chlorine had to be dosed through the feeder. Per owner, he will check around to see if anyone can service it as he hasn't been able to find anyone that knows the system. He stated he may drain the spa if he can't find someone to fix it.
