EHS observed the Walk in cooler not working at all. There were several items that had to be discarded due to being in the unit over night. EHS asked PIC was she aware of the unit not working. She stated "Yes, it works sometimes and sometimes it does not. There was no work order provided to show that they have tried to get the unit serviced. EHS instructed PIC to contact maintenance to come out and service the unit as soon as possible. For the time being EHS instructed PIC to have employees move items the Walk in freezer since that unit was working properly.

CA-EHS had items exceeding 41 degrees to be discarded. All TCS items moved to the other cold holding items that was working.
