Observed main drain cover missing. Was informed maintenance was waiting for pool to clear up to place cover.

Corrective action: Discussed with maintenance and manager to have main drain installed as soon as possible.

Observed calcium hardness levels at 113.

Observed the facility's combined chlorine reading at .48ppm.1) Disinfectant Levels (a) Free chlorine, ppm in pools not using cyanuric acid or a stabilized chlorine compound use. Facility is to adjust chemical concentration and re-test as it should not exceed .40 ppm.

Observed facility's flow meter not providing accurate flow as it doesn't allow for maximum flow. b) A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided.
