EHS observed the following items:

• Rm 103: light yellow stains on the mattress pads and sheets
• Rm 108: dark grey stain on the sheet
• Rm 209: yellow stains on mattress pad; yellow ring stain on the mattress

511-6-2-.14(6) - Bed, Bedding, and Linens Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly.

CA: EHS advised the PIC that the observed linens should be cleaned and replaced. If stains can not be removed, linen should be discarded and replaced

EHS observed yellow stains on the mattress pad in rooms 121 and 215.

CA-EHS showed PIC the stains. PIC will get housekeeping to change the sheets.

EHS observed a out of date inspection report under the old permit number being posted.

CA-PIC needs to make sure the most up to date inspection report is always posted for public viewing.

511-6-2-.05(7) - Inspection Posting The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away
