EHS advised CPO that all permitted pools must have operational flow meter at all times . 511-3-5-.07(4)(b) - (b) A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided.
