EHS observed single universal scoop used for both allergen containing additives (peanut butter mix, dairy additives, etc.) and non-allergen additives without cleaning between use.
Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned between uses when contacting allegens.
PIC removed scoop. EHS advised PIC to use one dedicated scoop per additive container to prevent allergen contamination.

EHS observed that facility lacks handwash signate for main kitchen and front food service handwash station.
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.

EHS observed single use distilled water containers used to store slushy mix.
Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused.
PIC remanded mix to cleanable, reusable container.
