3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
EHS observed the water temperatures in rooms 101, 102, 105, and 254 to be above 120F; ranging from 135-136.
511-6-2-.07(2) - Hot Water Supply Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F.
CA: EHS advised the PIC that the hot water temperature in all guests rooms should not exceed 120F and be 100F at minimum. The PIC stated that he would have their contracted plumbing ajust the thermostate because they prefer not to
