EHS observed low cyanuric acid levels in pool. The ideal is between 30-50. The reading was 13. Pools using a stabilizer such as a cyanuric acid reading should be between 30-50. Informed CPO to have chemicals adjusted. This must be corrected by 07/18/24

Observed previous missing fencing still damaged as well as other areas on fencing that are not intact. (g) Failure to provide and maintain a barrier to inhibit unauthorized access to the outdoor facility when required. EHS informed the CPO/maintenance guy of the need to repair the noted areas.

Observed facility had purchased the wrong NO DIVING non-slip stickers for the pool deck near the waterline. (a) The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers in subsections (3)(a) thru (h) above. EHS informed PIC of the need to purchase the corrected tile/nonslip stickers with 4 inch lettering.

Observed facility's need to purchase the risk of drowning, supervise children closely signage in 4 inch lettering. Facility has the Warning, no nlife guard on duty signage but need to purchase the risk of drowning, supervise children closely signage in 4 inch letters.
