3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
EHS observed the following water temperatures in the corresponding room to be at/above 120F or below 100F:
- Room 206 (127)
- Room 216 (125)
- Room 416 (120)
- Room 506 (122)
- Room 302 (96)
511-6-2-.07(2) - Hot Water Supply Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F.
CA: EHS advised the PIC that hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F, and to ensure that maintenance adjusts the hot water source. Also, advised that maintenance investigate water fluctuation observed in room 302
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(5) - condition of furnishings
EHS observed damaged and/or dusty A/C unit air filters in the following rooms:206, 216, 227, 302, and 312.
511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin.
CA: EHS advised the PIC that the damaged a/c air filters should be replaced with new ones, and to ensure that housekeepers are routinely cleaning the filters

Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(5) - condition of furnishings
EHS observed the ice machine on the 2nd floor of the facility to be out of order. The PIC stated that the unit has been down for a couple of weeks, and was unable to provide a work order for repairs when requested by EHS, stating that due to recent changes they were unsure when the machine would be repaired.

CA: EHS informed the PIC that the ice machine should either be repaired, replaced, or removed from the property

Regulation: 511-6-2-.05(7) - inspection posting
EHS observed the incorrect TA inspection report to be on display for public viewing. The posted inspection report was dated April 11, 2024 with a score of 96; however, the most recent inspection was performed on July 03, 2025 and resulted in a grade of 91.
511-6-2-.05(7) - Inspection Posting The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
CA: EHS advised the PIC that the most recent TA inspection report must be displayed for public view, and to ensure today's inspection is posted
