EHS observed chlorine readings were too high. c) Free Chlorine level in pools using cyanuric acid or a stabilized chlorine product; Minimum 2.0 Ideal 2.0-5.0 Maximum 10.0 Informed PIC to adjust chemicals. This must be corrected by 07/25/24

EHS observed alkalinity reading at 13. The minimum reading is 50. EHS informed PIC to adjust chemicals. This must be corrected by 07/25/24

EHS observed pool flow meter not working properly. The correct flow meter rate is approx between 120-130 with a pool volume (44,000-50,000). EHS calculated flow meter last inspection. ASP/CPO was on site.

(b) A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. The flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from one-half to at least one and one-half times the design flow rate. The gauge shall be located after the filtering equipment and in such location on the return line, so as to measure the total amount of water returning to the pool according to the manufacturer’s installation specifications.

Informed PIC to have flow rate meter repaired or replaced. This must be corrected by 06/14/24

EHS observed a broken flow rate meter. CPO informed EHS that flow meter device was working before. CPO tried to replace flow meter and it still did not work. A few moments later CPO was able to replace flow meter and it was not at the correct reading. The reading was 30, however based on pool volume, the correct reading needs to be 120

EHS observed depth markers around pool not being at least 4 inches in height

(h) Depth markers number and letters shall be tile and four inches minimum in height. Numbers shall be of contrasting color to the background on which they are applied.

Informed PIC to have 4inch height lettering placed where depth markers are now. EHS suggested stencils, or slip resistant stickers, or any other means to have 4inch lettering placed. This must be corrected by 05/27
