EHS observed all sinks in main kitchen, bar area without soap. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
PIC placed soap at every sink.

EHS observed lack of hand towels at main kitchen, first bar handwash station.
Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the materia

15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
EHS observed all surfaces of cooking equipment, slats, hood vents in main kitchen with buildup of food debris, grease.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.

17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
EHS observed:
-damaged/stained ceiling tiles in main kitchen area -damaged/missing light fixture covers in main kitchen area. -damaged/stained floor in bar area under all counters -damaged/stained flooring in main kitchen -severe buildup of grease, food debris under fryer stations in main kitchen
