Hot water supply observed not adequate to maintain hot water with both the 3 compartment and hand sink running at the same time. CA:Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. Correct within 1 week.

Table used for food prep in the way of handwash sink making it nearly inaccessible to wash hands. Handwash sinks shall be conveniently located for employee use to facilitate proper handwashing habits. COS: table will be swapped to create space to access sink.
