Observed no hand drying provisions stocked at either hand washing station. PIC noted that both machines were broken and due to fear of the paper towels falling they had them in the office. CA:Each hand washing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels. COS: Paper towels placed by each station.

Both employees observed with items on their wrists while working with food. One had an apple watch the other had hair ties. CA:Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Both employees removed items from wrists.
