Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed foods dated for eight days (ie dated 3-13-26 till 3-20-26). COS: Educated staff on the proper method to count for the seven day throw out. Dates were corrected on food products.
