Observed reach in cooler with door left open at time of inspection. Observed that food items in cooler were all above 41F. COS all reach in cooler items (cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes) were disposed of.

Observed lettuce, cheese, onions, and tomatoes without a time mark when being held with time. COS items were disposed of and replaced. New disposal time was added to items.
