PIC moved containers in Reach-In Cooler to Walk-In Cooler to allow circulation of air flow to cool bottom half of Reach-In Cooler. Reach-In Cooler reached 41 degrees with-in 20 minutes. C.A. Make sure to check temperatures of food products.
