Observed mildew like substance in drink nozzles. Observed mildew like substance in drink ice machine. Observed moldy tomatoes. Observed water from vent dripping onto food items in walk in cooler. COS drink nozzles were removed and washed, rinsed, and sanitized. COS ice machine was cleaned. COS Moldy tomatoes and food items contaminated with dripping vent water were disposed of.
