Observed walk-in cooler with an ambient of 44F. CA; Must repair unit to an ambient of 41F or below to cold hold TCS foods. Must call the Health Department to approve use. Facility voluntarily closed kitchen operations until walk-in cooler is repaired to cold hold at 41F or below.
