Observed peroxide sanitizer stored on prep sink. When asked what it was for, pic stated it was for cleaning tables, etc. Peroxide sanitizers are not permitted for use as sanitizer for food contact surfaces. COS pic will use quat sanitizer at least until next order from Ecolab.
