Observed open canned employee drink by front prep station/cookline. Employees may use a single service cup with a lid and a straw and store in a manner that does not pose a potential risk of contaminating food, equipment, or single use articles used in preparation/service to guests.

Observed plates stored in a way that does not prevent potential contamination. Plates must be stored inverted to keep the food contact surface portion from potential contamination.
