At time of inspection, the hot water temperatures in all rooms inspected exceeded 120 degrees F (temperatures ranged from 121-144 degrees F). COS: PIC had Maintenance lower the thermostats and instructed him to check all other thermostats on water heaters in all other rooms, to verify that the hot water in all guest rooms does not exceed 120 degrees F

At time of inspection, observed rusted areas inside the microwave in Room C1. Replace the microwave, ensure that surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable
