At time of inspection, the emergency phone is not functioning properly (called non-emergency number from my cell - operator stated she could hear someone talking, but they sounded far away and she couldn't understand what was being said). I could not hear any sound from the phone. Contact a technician to troubleshoot the phone. The pool must be closed and remain closed, until the phone is functioning fully AND the pool has passed re-inspection. Gates have been locked and "closed" signage has been posted.
