At time of inspection, the emergency phone is not functioning properly - when the receiver is picked up, there is an immediate busy signal. Spa must remain closed, until the phone is operational AND the spa has passed re-inspection. CPO has locked the gate and Front Desk has placed "CLOSED" signage on gate.
