At time of inspection, observed 2 employee phones on prep top surface. //Advised employees to keep personal items separated and away from food prep areas.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(m) - wiping cloths, use limitation (c)
At time of inspection, observed sanitizer not registering in sani-buckets. Also observed the use of dry rags in service. Advised PIC to change out sanitizer.
