At time of inspection, could not detect any sanitizer present on dishes in the dish machine, after running a cycle. PIC states he will contact Ecolab to have them service the machine. PIC states that the 3-compartment sink will be used to: was, rinse, and sanitize all dishes/utensils, until the dish machine is tested and confirmed to be properly sanitizing all dishes/equipment.

PIC states that he knows all nozzles are soaked in a sanitizing solution at the end of the night, but he will remind employees that the nozzles must be cleaned as well, to remove accumulation/buildup, to allow for proper sanitization. COS: PIC removed nozzles and replaced with clean nozzles.
