At time of inspection, the emergency phone is not operational (static is heard and dispatcher stated no call came through). The pool must be closed and remain closed, until the pool has passed re-inspection.

At time of inspection, the cyanuric acid level registered at 173 ppm (CYA must be 90 ppm or less). CPO will drain some water and add some fresh water.

At time of inspection, the emergency phone was not functioning properly (certain buttons do not work - the "1" and the "9" are two of the buttons that do not work). Property manager contacted maintenance to troubleshoot the phone.

At time of inspection, free chlorine registered at 1.38 ppm (free chlorine must be at least 2.00 ppm for this pool). CPO will adjust feeder to increase chlorine concentration.

At time of inspection, the rope is missing from the ring buoy. CPO states he has a rope and will attach it.

At time of inspection, emergency phone is still not operating properly (some buttons - including the "9" - are not functional. PIC (Person-in-Charge) contacted technician and will contact EH Office, once the phone is fully functional. At that point, a re-inspection can be scheduled.
