Liquid egg observed at 56F and raw shell eggs observed at 55F in top portion of prep cooler. COS: Discarded. CA: ensure all TCS foods such as eggs are cold held at 41F or below.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(i) - light bulbs, protective shielding (c)
Light bulbs at hood are missing the protective shielding. CA: Unless can verifyl bulbs are shatter proof, add shatterproof protective globe over lights or replace current bulbs with shatter proof bulbs.
