Observed several boxes of single service items and food items stored on floors. PIC stated delivery truck was from 3 days ago. CA: Discussed with PIC that all single service items and food items shall be stored in a clean, dry location at least 6 inches off the ground. PIC will have the weekend to get all items stored properly.
