OBSERVED SAUCES STORED ON DRY STORAGE RACK WITH NO COMMON NAME TO IDENTIFY SAUCE. CA: DISCUSSED WITH PIC THAT ALL SAUCES TAKEN FROM ORIGINAL CONTAINER WILL BE IDENTIFIED WITH A COMMON NAME LABEL.

OBSERVED CLEAN FORKS STORED WITH LIP-CONTACT SURFACE UP. CA: DISCUSSED WITH PIC THAT ALL CLEAN UTENSILS WILL BE STORED SO THAT ONLY THE HANDLES ARE TOUCHED BY EMPLOYEES.
