OBSERVED NO DATE MARKIING FOR RTE TCS ITEMS HELD OVER 24 HRS (HAM, GROUND BEEF, CHIPOTLE SAUCE, MILK). CA: DISCUSSED WITH PIC THAT ALL RTE TCS FOOD ITEMS HELD OVER 24 HOURS WILL BE DATE MARKED WITH A MAX HOLD TIME OF 7 DAYS.

OBSERVED TWO BACK DOORS WITH VISIBLE LIGHT UNDERNEATH. CA: PIC WILL HAVE NEW WEATHER STRIPS INSTALLED.

OBSERVED ACCUMULATION OF DUST AND GREASE DEBRIS ON HOOD VENTS. CA: PIC WILL HAVE HOOD VENTS CLEANED TO SIGHT AND TOUCH SO THEY ARE NOT A SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION.
