OBSERVED MECHANICAL DISHWASHER NOT DISTRIBUTING MINIMUM REQUIRED CONCENTRATION LEVEL FOR SANITIZING. CA: A CHLORINE SOLUTION SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM CONCENTRATION OF 50PPM. COS: PIC HAD AUTO CHLOR COME OUT TO FIX THE MACHINE.

OBSERVED SEVERAL SAUCES TAKEN FROM ORIGINAL CONTAINER WITHOUT A COMMON NAME LABEL. CA: EXCEPT FOR CONTAINERS HOLDING FOOD THAT CAN BE READILY RECOGNIZED CONTAINERS HOLDING FOOD TAKEN FROM ORIGINAL CONTAINER SHALL BE LABELED WITH A COMMON NAME. COS: PIC LABELED ALL CONTAINERS.
