OBSERVED SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF RUST ON CIELING OF MICROWAVE. CA: EQUIPMENT FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHALL BE CLEAN TO SIGHT AND TOUCH. CB: PIC WILL DISCARD MICROWAVE AND REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE AND WILL SWITCH TO CLEANING MICROWAVES WITH WATER ONLY.

OBSERVED SEVERAL EMPLOYEE PERSONAL ITEMS STORED THROUGHOUT KITCHEN AND ON PREP SURFACES (PERSONAL CUPS, PURSE, PHONES.) CA: AREAS DESIGNATED FOR EMPLOYEE PERSONAL ITEMS SHALL BE LOCATED TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF FOOD AND CONSUMER ITEMS. COS: PIC RELOCATED ALL EMPLOYEE PERSONAL ITEMS TO A DESIGNATED LOCATION.
