Observed combined chlorine above maximum levels. CA - Discussed with responsible person if pool was not shocked yesterday when the CPO company came out to service pool that it may need to be shocked, but since free chlorine levels are at or near maximum recommend non-chlorine shock (i.e. oxidizer)

OBSERVED FLOW METER READING BELOW THE REQUIRED MINIMUM FLOW RATE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN A 6 HOUR TURNOVER RATE. CA - DISCUSSED WITH POOL'S RESPONSIBLE PERSON THAT FLOW METER READING OF 109PGPM-110GPM WAS LESS THAN THE 148GPM FLOW REQUIRED TO TURNOVER THE POOL'S VOLUME OF 53100GALLON IN 6 HOURS. RESPONSIBLE PERSON WILL WORK WITH CPO TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE INSTALLATION OF NEW FLOW METER WAS DONE CORRECTLY OR SOMETHING ELSE IS THE CAUSE OF REDUCED FLOW.

Observed daily pool chemical testing logs missing readings since 7/15/2024 and CPO was not entering pool chemical reading on daily logs on the days they come and service the pool. CA - Pool's responsible person stated they had run out of testing tabs for pool test kit, and they had been ordered but have not come in yet and she said that CPO was supposed to put reading on service tags, so she would get with them about enter pool chemical reading on service tags.
