CA: CFSM discarded the box of pepperjack cheese as well as an open pack of cheese that had condensate dripped onto it. CFSM mopped up the condensate on the floor and placed a plastic bin to catch the leaking condensate. Owner called maintenance to have WIC serviced to fix leak and have the condensate properly disposed of.

CA: Charlton EH ordered PIC to immediately remove the droppings, to clean and sanitize surfaces, and to have their pest control company do an assessment of the building to find areas that need to be sealed up and place traps outside as well. Charlton EH instructed PIC to remove food from sticky traps to prevent mold growth or other contamination.
