Observed 3-compartment sink sanitizing concentration at 0 ppm quat. (COS- PIC made a new solution at a concentration of 200 ppm quat.)
RCA: Ensure the quat-based sanitizing solution is maintained at the manufacturer's recommended concentration at all times.
