BASE OF OPERATION VIOLATION: Observed a utensil stored in the front food service hand sink. (COS- PIC removed utensil from hand sink.)
RCA: Ensure the hand sinks are used for hand washing only.

BASE OF OPERATION VIOLATION: Observed scoops stored in ice with the handle touching the ice. (COS- PIC removed scoop from ice bin.)
RCA: Ensure scoop handle avoids touching food items at all times.
