Observed multiple TCS food items stored in the coolers above 41 F. (COS- PIC disposed food items.)
RCA: Ensure all TCS food items are cold-held at 41 F or below at all times.

Observed entry door with a gap to where light is showing through.
RCA: Ensure all outer openings are closed and/or seal to prevent the entry of pests.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed the ceiling cut open and covered with unpainted plywood while the concrete floor contains chipped paint, exposing the rough surface.
RCA: Ensure all floor, walls, and ceilings are smooth, durable, cleanable, and in good repair.
